This was an amazing hotel. Staff was awesome.. Especially the two ladies at the front desk.
This hotel isn't bad for extended stays. The staff has always been great and the room was clean. The whole you only get new towels and sheets once a week is rough but otherwise I wasnt bothered by anything else.
The room was supposed to be non smoking but you can smell the cigarette’s smell. Good for a quick stay like my daughter needed that night! Customer service was good. They were able to confirm my daughters room and help her with her checking-in after midnight in a timely manner.
First off Gary’s leads by great example really nice and down to earth!!! He has the funniest assistant Nicolas always in a great mood and laughing and then the night time OSM Kesha make sure the doors are locked at night around a certain time always taking care of our construction workers throwing pizza parties and making everyone feel at home!! And then there’s Sierra always happy and cleaning the hotel from top to bottom so the next day the morning crew has a clean hotel to open!! It’s really made me feel at home even my dog loves it the best 20 days I’ve had in a while I think I found home!! Then the movie theater is right next door and then Starbucks with 2 7/11’s and a WAWA, Target, and Chick-fil-A right next to Panera Bread and Lowe’s perfect area!! Being a solo traveler all these things matter
Our front desk attendant was very freely and very helpful with directions and restaurant referrals. She actually made it a great stay customer service was a five out of five. Beds were a little uncomfortable but other than that, I have no complaints.
Had the pleasure of staying at this location and wanted to leave a special mention for a few team members who truly made our stay exceptional: Kesha: She is such a great person. She was the front desk staff who initially checked us in for our extended stay and was very thorough in explaining what to expect. Her professionalism and welcoming attitude set the tone for a great experience. Nicholas: His friendly demeanor and professionalism really stood out. He was attentive, efficient, and always willing to help with a smile, making every interaction enjoyable. Ciara: Her attentiveness and positive attitude truly made a difference. Always personable and efficient, she made sure our requests were handled smoothly and with genuine care. Overall, their teamwork and dedication made our stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you Gary for maintaining a great crew to represent this location!

Me and my boyfriend arrived late in the night from Miami and Keisha at the front desk was AMAZING! she not only welcomed us and gave us food suggestions nearby she also assisted us with booking tickets for the strawberry festival. I would return just for her perfect customer service. However, we left a 4 star due to the roaches
